SA2 vortex also makes him quite useful at clearing enemies. Shikai Ichigo - One of the first units to have ranged + flurry, if not the first (can't quite remember). His main use is on Path of Valor Floor 23, where it's basically impossible without him or a super buffed replacement. Weaken + freeze makes him a rare double ailment character. However, his SA3 lacks range behind him, which can be very dangerous in situations where enemies spawn on top of you. Zombie Toshiro - Overall just a strong character. The fact that he is very lacking in PvE holds him back from the Game Breaking tier. His SAs are lacking though, especially the SA2 which seems to focus more on distance rather than width, making it very annoying to use against large amounts of mobs. Ichibe - The new PvP meta and the only character to pierce through barriers + his 20Bruiser makes him strong. Strong: There are a few things that really stand out about these characters, but the weaknesses hold them back. The fact that he was a relevant character in PvP despite being both sp based and cdr link says a lot about his quality. One of the highest sp stats at the time, very powerful and effective SAs, definitely a character worth getting even now.

Relevant for a few Senkaimon stages as well. The only area he doesn't excel at is PvP. His nad string is also quite fast and satisfying.

Oh-Etsu - Guard Break + boost vortex + + 40Bruiser + Paralysis immune + CDR Link, he is a very unique character that is amazing at auto-ing content. Overall great kit, still relevant on some Senkaimon. Retsu - Pretty self-explanatory, considering that she was the god of PvP for over a year, needing multiple specific counters to be released before falling. Game Breaking: Characters that are simply must-haves, and are just generally great for what they do. Note: I ranked these characters based on their impact on release, not on their individual relevance in the current meta, otherwise too many would be in weak and not do justice for their actual power levels.
